Today, I tried local Nepali Chow Mein and it was so delicious. I prepared this chow mein with black chana and aloo. This kind of chow mein we will get in local Nepali hotel and restaurant. I hope you guys will love the recipe. Ingredients: Chow Mein noodles 1 cup black chickpeas (black chana boiled) Boiled potato 1 medium sized 1 small sized Onion sliced 1 cup chopped cabbage 1 tsp mix of cumin and coriander powder Salt as per the taste 1 tsp red chili powder 1 tsp 1 tsp garam masala 2 Garlic cloves (sliced) 1 tbsp Soy sauce 3 green chilies ½ tbsp red chili sauce 1/3 cup spring onion 1/3 cup Red capsicum Add 1 tbsp oil in a pan Enjoy!!!
